cross petition. The defendant demurred to these. The trial court
overruled the demurrer to the first and second causes of action
of the plaintiff and sustained it as to the third. As to the
answer and cross petition of the intervenor, the court overruled
the demurrer. The plaintiff and defendant have both appealed.
